Seed Box Wash Systems
Automated Seed Box Washing systems allow for processing speeds of 30-60 boxes per hour making manual washing obsolete. Our remote tank and inline filtration system allows for excess water to circulate back into the tank, dramatically decreasing the amount of water used per box. All of the system components have been designed to be user friendly and require minimum maintenance.

Seed Box Manipulation Stations
Seed Box manipulation equipment is designed to get companies away from the hazards of manual labor and decrease processing time of storing or distributing bulk seed boxes. The Power Tower® (Patent Pending) models are designed to provide the following bulk seed box handling operations:

All Power Tower® units are completely automated using minimal workforce. Unlike most other seed box manipulation products on the market we do not implement the use of hydraulics. By doing so, there is no need to worry about contamination issues or messy cleanup from hydraulic oil leaks. Instead our equipment operates using either pneumatic or electronically actuated cylinders, making them environmentally friendly without sacrificing performance. Units come in a series of configurations from an inline system to a standalone unit. Thus, making it practical for both small scale operations as well as the largest distribution facilities in North America.
Seed Box Inspection Stations
One of the most daunting tasks faced by operators today is maneuvering the bulk seed box in a safe manner making it possible to inspect all sides of the box inside and out. Green Age inspection stations can provide a complete visual and physical examination of the bulk seed box without jeopardizing staff safety. Our goal in the design of the inspection station automation was to allow operators access to the problematic areas of the seed box while keeping all moving parts clear of the operator. This is all done using dual palm buttons for both operators or optional light curtains.
The tilt stations will provide access to all areas of the seed box allowing employees to clear unwanted debris inside, outside and underneath. Stations can be equip with an optional vacuum system. Using control programming focused on safety along with specialized guarding, our inspection stations will reduce the risk of an accident and increase quality control.
Conveyor Systems
Green Age Products and Services supplies a large variety conveyors that can be suited for indoor and outdoor applications. All of our conveyor systems are built using commercial grade drive systems and components. TAZ-I Spin Dryer
Our newest addition to the seed box wash line is the TAZ-I SPIN DRYER. By securing the box into place with specialized fixtures and spinning on heavy load bearings in excess of 100 rpm we are able to apply enough centrifugal force to release any trapped water from the box ribs. Since the bulk seed box injection mold structure makes it difficult to remove water, this is where the spin dryer steps in to eliminate lengthy dry times.
System Controls
All control systems can be fit with the latest in touch screen panel views or push button stations for automatic and manual operations. Having an HMI panel view allows an operator to view all control devices for proper function, and to quickly diagnose where any system faults may be located without physically entering equipment. The equipment can be programmed with internal production rate monitors recording shift efficiency, production flow, as well as a multitude of other applications.
